A man has died in a house fire in County Tipperary.
At around 5am this morning, Gardai and fire services responded to the blaze in Tipperary town.
It had broken out at a property at St Michael's Avenue.
When the fire was extinguished, emergency services found the body of man.
Gardai say he was in his 30s.
His body remains at the scene while a technical examination is due to take place.
