A man in his 20s remains in Garda custody this morning following a drug seizure in Dublin.
He was detained yesterday after €140,000 worth of heroin was found in a bag.
At around 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon, plain-clothed officers noticed four people acting suspiciously in a vehicle.
It was stopped in the Arbour Hill area, with the four fleeing the scene on foot.
After a search of the vehicle, €140,000 worth of heroin was found in a bag.
A man in his 20s was subsequently arrested.
He's being held at Store Street Garda Station under Section two of the Drugs Trafficking Act.
Investigations are ongoing.
