A 39-year-old man has appeared in court charged with incitement to hatred after posting videos online.
Graham Carey, of Dunsink Drive in Finglas, Dublin 11, appeared before Dublin District Court this morning.
There was no objection to bail but with a number of conditions.
Judge Michelle Finan barred Mr. Carey from social media, while he was told not to attend, organise or participate in any gatherings or protests and he is to stay away from centres or locations housing refugees.
Mr. Carey will appear before Blanchardstown District Court in April for DPP directions.
