A man in his 20s has been arrested after €140,000 worth of drugs was seized in Dublin.
At around 3 pm plain-clothes officers noticed four people acting suspiciously in a vehicle.
It was stopped in the Arbour Hill area, with the four then fleeing the scene on foot.
After a search of the vehicle, the heroin was found in a black plastic bag.
A man in his 20s was subsequently arrested.
He's being held at Store Street Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drugs Trafficking Act.
Investigations are ongoing.
