A man arrested in connection with the death of a man in his 50s in Tallaght, Co. Dublin, has been released without charge.
The man died after a suspected hit and run at a housing estate in Tymon Road North just after midnight yesterday.
Gardai say he was hit by a van that failed to remain at the scene.
The vehicle was later found at Tymonville Gardens.
A man in his early 30s was arrested nearby and questioned at Tallaght Garda Station.
He's now been released without charge, while a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
