Gardai are investigating the death of a man in Dublin in the early hours of this morning.
A teenage boy has been arrested and is being held at Kevin Street Garda Station.
At around half one this morning, gardai were called to a laneway off Madison Road in Kilmainham in Dublin 8.
The body of the man in his 40s was discovered.

The body remains at the scene which has preserved for a technical examination and the State Pathologist has been notified.
Gardai are appealing to anyone with information or anyone who was in the Madison Lane area between 11 pm and 2 am to come forward.
