A 27 year old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Gerard Donnelly, who was set on fire while sleeping rough in the Phoenix Park.
Ciaran Moran, with an address at Camden Hall, Camden Street in Dublin, has been remanded in custody to appear at Cloverhall District Court.
