Gardai are continuing to question a 31 year old man in connection with a major drugs seizure in Co Laois.
The drugs - with an estimated street value of 100-thousand euro - along with other items used for the growth and cultivation of cannabis were discovered following a planned search of a premises in Portarlington yesterday.
The man, who was arrested at scene is being detained at Portlaoise Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
