The first Episode of this season's Love Island paid tribute to Mike Thalassitis.
26 year old Mike, who starred in the 2017 series, was found dead in a woodland near his Edmonton home in March after taking his own life.
Mike's death sparked an on-going debate about whether Love Island and other reality shows provide proper aftercare for their contestants.
There was further controversy following the death of a guest on the Jeremy Kyle show died a week after the show was taped - the how has since been axed.
Last month, ITV announced an updated aftercare policy designed to help its stars manage emotional and financial wellbeing before, during and after they appear on Love Island.
