Eagle-eyed fans of Derry Girls may have spotted a familiar face in uniform in last night's episode.
Liam Neeson made a cameo in the opening installment of the third series, which aired on Channel 4 last night.

He played a police officer investigating a break-in at girls' school and is seen questioning Erin, Orla, Clare Michelle and James about the crime.
