The Taoiseach has rejoined the medical register to help in the fight against Covid-19.
Leo Varadkar was removed from the register 2013 after working as a doctor for 7 years.
Last month the HSE had called out for healthcare workers who had left the register to return to the workforce to help with the Covid-19 pandemic.
It's understood the Taoiseach will work one shift a week with the HSE carrying out phone assessments.
