Would you eat a burger that's been created from cells harvested from muscle samples?
Scientists took the cells from a cow and, at an institute in the Netherlands, turned them into strips of muscle which they combined to make a patty.
It's estimated to have cost a quarter of a million pounds to produce - and will be cooked and eaten in London this lunchtime.
The scientist behind the experiment says that livestock farming is becoming unsustainable, with demand for meat rocketing around the world.
