Another house in Co. Louth is being searched as part of the disappearance and murder of Kyran Durnin.
The last official sighting of the schoolboy was in May 2022.
The 6-year-old was officially reported missing at the end of August last year but gardai believe he had been killed more than two years previously.
A murder investigation has been underway and gardaí have already searched two other properties.
On Wednesday morning officers sealed off a house in Drogheda and say they're searching for any evidence which might provide evidence as to what happened to Kyran, or where his remains are located.
Gardaí say despite receiving extensive support from the public, they still haven't located the young boy. Kyran would be 8-years-old if he's still alive.
They also say there has been a lot of public commentary on the investigation, and have described much of it as "inaccurate and misinformed".
In a statement on Wednesday morning, Gardaí said "such ill-informed public commentary is not only disruptive to the Garda investigations but also adds to the trauma experienced by victims families".
Gardaí are again asking anyone with information to come forward, and say don't assume the investigation team knows the information that you may have.
