Kate Moss is due to give evidence in Johnny Depp's defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard.
The Supermodel dated The Pirates of the Caribbean star in the 1990s and is the second ex to be called in as a witness.
The court previously heard from Ellen Barkin, who alleged he had been controlling during their brief relationship.
The British model is expected to appear in court in the US by video link later today.
Her testimony comes in the final week of the trial, with closing arguments expected to be delivered on Friday.
Johnny Depp is suing Ms Heard over an article she wrote in the Washington Post, in which described herself as a victim of domestic and sexual abuse.
Depp denies all allegations.
