A statement on Twitter said to be written by her says she's sorry for confusion caused surrounding a photo shared of her and her children yesterday.

It was taken down by a number of international photo agencies because it was clearly doctored.
Conspiracies have been running wild for the last number of weeks as Kate Middleton hasn't been seen since Christmas.
