She is now self-isolating but will carry out her Cabinet duties remotely.
It comes as the Cabinet meets today to discuss putting new public health restrictions in place to curb the spread of the virus.
Minister McEntee is Aurging everyone to follow public health advice and stay at home.
She is also encouraging people to remember how serious the current situation is and says "We must protect our health system and our most vulnerable."
