33-year-old Jozef Puska, of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co Offaly, denies murdering Ms Murphy along the Grand Canal in Tullamore in January 2022.
Mr Justice Tony Hunt recalled the jury the jury this morning to give directions in some aspects of the evidence, before sending them for deliberations at 10:51am
