The jury in the trial of former solicitor Thomas Byrne has been sent home overnight after a third day of deliberations.
The 47 year old of Mountjoy Square, Dublin, denies forgery, fraud, deception, and the theft of nearly 52 million euro from 6 financial institutions between 2004 and 2007.
