Junior doctors say their industrial action will escalate next week - if the HSE fails to agree to a deal to reduce their working week.
Non-consultant hospital doctors will go on strike tomorrow - and around 15,000 appointments for surgeries and clinics will be effected.
Spokesperson with the Irish Medical Organisation Eric Young says the strike could escalate to a 48 hour action next week - or a rolling strike.
