US banking giant JP Morgan has agreed to pay a record fine over the mis-selling of mortgages before the financial crisis.
It's having to fork out 13 billion dollars.
Some of the money will be used to compensate consumers directly affected by the scandal.
US Attorney General Eric Holder says the fine is going to cause the bank some pain.
