The father of Britney Spears has filed legal documents to end the conservatorship that's controlled her life for 13 years.
Jamie says a judge should "seriously consider" whether it's required after a change in the popstar's circumstances.

Previously the singer's called the arrangement "abusive" and said it was stopping her from getting married and having a baby.
Christopher Melcher is a lawyer in America and says the momentum's now with Britney:
He says it should be "smooth sailing" from now until the end of the conservatorship.
However, Mr Melcher had concerns over "accounting issues".
"The compensation that Mr Spears is asking for and other details [will need to be dealt with]".
