Jacobs is to create 200 new jobs in Ireland over the next two years.
The company plans to fill the positions across its offices in Cork, Dublin and Belfast.
The roles will be across the areas of project and construction management, design, commissioning, qualification, and validation.
Jacobs made the announcement as it unveiled a €4.5million investment in their office in Cork.
It's been 45 years since Jacobs opened its Dublin offices - its first operation outside the United States.
Today, the company employs more than 1,100 people on the island of Ireland.
