Israeli Military Dismiss Two Officers After Aid Workers Mistaken For Hamas
The Israeli military has dismissed two officers following the targeted airstrike which killed foreign aid workers.
Its as the UN's Human Rights Council backed an idea to stop sales of guns to Israel.
The UN group adopted a resolution calling for Israel to be held accountable for possible war crimes, and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
The US said it wants Israel to show its letting aid into the Palestinian territory and limiting civilian deaths - but is allowing time to see if that is happening.
Following on from the targeting of foreign aid workers on Monday - an Israeli army investigation blamed the deaths on a series of catastrophic mistakes and incorrect assumptions.
Its also claimed they thought the humanitarian workers in the charity-branded vehicles were members of Hamas.
The country's army said there wasn't enough evidence to target the jeeps.
