Irish Wolfhound dogs are roaming the grounds of Bunratty Castle in County Clare once again.
12-week-old Rían and one-year-old Míde replace the previous residents Meabh and Saoirse.

Rían (the small one, for now) and Míde (the big one, again - for now) took up residence today.
This breed was a regular guest at Bunratty during Celtic times.

The Wolfhounds were regular guests at the 15th-century castle during Celtic times.
This breed is famous for being enormous, growing up to almost three foot in height as it stands on four paws.
