The chef who invented chicken tikka masala has died at the age of 77.
Ali Ahmed Aslam, is said to have come up with the dish in the 1970s after a customer at his restaurant complained his meat was too dry.
The famous sauce was created using spices and a tin of Campbell's tomato soup.
Mr Ali opened his Shish Mahal restaurant in Glasgow in 1964, after arriving in Scotland from Pakistan in the 1950s.
