India has been officially designated as a high-risk country and added to the mandatory hotel quarantine list.
More than 18-million people in India have now tested positive for Covid-19.
Today the country reported 379-thousand new cases of the virus and another 3-thousand-600 deaths - both global daily records.
It's been added to the quarantine list along with Costa Rica, Georgia, Iran, and Mongolia.
The updated list will take effect from Tuesday morning at 4am.
Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, San Marino, Monaco, Wallis and Futuna Islands, and Moldova have been removed from the list of high-risk countries.
