Clare Daly has been released from prison.
The United Left TD spent just over an hour behind bars this evening for the non payment of a court fine.
She is the second TD to enter Limerick prison today - her colleague Mick Wallace spent two hours there this afternoon.
The pair appeared in court earlier this year as part of their efforts to stop American military jets, taking part in the Iraq war, refueling at Shannon airport.
They were both handed 2,000 Euro fines but after they failed to pay they were re-arrested today.
