More than 300 swimmers are braving the waters of the River Liffey this afternoon, for the annual Liffey Swim.
It's the 94th race, and authorities say the river has been especially cleaned for the event.
The men's 16 hundred metre race got underway at 12.30 - and the women will hit the water at half one.
