Human Remains Found In Search For Tina Satchwell

Human remains have been found during the search of a house in Cork related to the suspected murder of Tina Satchwell.

A man in his 50s has been arrested by Gardaí in connection to the investigation today.

A full technical exam of the house got underway on Tuesday evening after the missing person case was upgraded to a murder investigation by Gardaí.

Garda vehicles parked near to a property in Youghal, being searched in the case of missing Co Cork woman Tina Satchwell.

Skeletal remains were found at the house in the town this morning.

A man in his 50s who was arrested in the case was released without charge yesterday evening.

Tina Satchwell has been missing since March 2017.
