Human Remains Found In Cork Confirmed To Be Tina Satchwell

Human remains found at a home in Youghal have been confirmed to belong to Tina Satchwell who was last seen over six years ago.

Locals in the area have been reacting to the latest development in the investigation into the murder of Tina Satchwell.

They say there's a quiet feeling around the town and there is a sense of shock.

A man in his 50s who was arrested in connection with the investigation is expected to be charged or released by this evening.

This morning, Tánaiste Micheál Martin said his thoughts and prayers are with Tina's family.
