The HSE says it will consider opening walk-in vaccine centres again.
They opened over the weekend to significant success across the country.
More than 30,000 people received their first dose at these centres since Friday.
It was predominantly younger people who received the jab, although an 83 year turned up at a centre in Sligo.
The HSE says the number of people who showed up at the centres outstripped their expectations and they may extend them.
The HSE’s National Lead for the Vaccination Programme, Damien McCallion, says reopening the centres is "certainly something we'll look at again, we'll evaluate it today.
Mr McCallion said "We'll look at how it worked, we'll take the feedback from the locations, we'll also look the people who are remaining".
