House prices are rising rapidly outside the capital according to the latest property reports.
DAFT dot ie says Cork City has seen the biggest jump in the past year with an increase of 10 percent - while Sherry Fitzgerald says the value of a new home has increased by four percent so far this year.
It comes as a new MyHome.ie study shows that people are waiting to see what sort of grant scheme or tax-relief measures the government announces in next week's budget.
