The rate at which residential property prices are increasing continues to slow.
They went up by 5% in the year to February.
The National Residential Property Price Index published by the CSO shows residential property prices increased by 5% in the 12 months to February.
That's down from 6.1% in the year to January.
In Dublin city and county, house prices increased by 3 per cent and apartment prices were up 4%. However, in Dublin city, there was a fall in house prices by 0.5%.
Outside the capital house prices went up by 6.6% and apartment prices rose by 3.3%.
The border region saw the largest increase in house prices at 9%, while the mid-west region saw a 4.9% increase.
The most expensive Eircode area over the 12 months to February 2023 was A94 'Blackrock'
while F35 'Ballyhaunis' and F45 ‘Castlerea’ shared the least expensive price.
