The rate at which house and apartment prices are increasing slowed again in the 12 months to June.
The Residential Property Price Index increased by 2.2%.
CSO figures show that in the twelve months to June Dublin residential property prices declined by 0.9% while outside the capital they increased by 4.5%.
Nationally property prices increased by 2.2% in the 12 months to June , that's down from a rate of 2.6% in the year to May.
House Prices fell by 1.1% in Dublin whole apartments were down 0.2%.
Dublin city saw a decline of 3.8% in house prices in the year to June , while south Dublin saw an increase of 2.8%.
Outside Dublin house prices were up 4.7% and apartment prices increased by 2.3%.
The South east region saw the largest increase in house prices at 5.5%, at the other end of the scale the border region saw a rise of 3%.
