A status yellow high-temperature warning runs for the entire country until Monday.

For the first time in 27 years - it's been 30 degrees in two separate months in Ireland.
A heatwave could be declared tomorrow (Saturday) if temperatures exceed 25 degrees, which they are forecast to do.
