Health service support staff have voted to accept a Labour Court recommendation aimed at resolving a dispute over a HSE job evaluation scheme.
Following a ballot, more than 95% of SIPTU members working as support staff backed the measure.
The workers went on strike earlier this year, leading to the cancellation of thousands of surgeries and appointments.
The trade union says members whose jobs were evaluated under the scheme should receive pay increases ranging from 6% to 13%.
Separately, chefs working for the HSE also voted to accept recommendations related to a grading process that could see an improvement to their pay and conditions.
