Two government ministers have questioned Maria Bailey's judgement after a radio interview this morning in which she tried to defend her claim for damages against a Dublin hotel.
The TD fell off a swing at the property, and lodged a personal injuries claim which was later dropped.
Health Minister Simon Harris described her interview on RTE as "unfortunate and regrettable".
The Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan admitted the controversy caused problems for FG on the hustings.
Simon Harris says Maria Bailey’s interview this morning was “unfortunate” and was in the space of blaming other people.
