Gwyneth Paltrow has won a high-profile civil court case against a man who claimed she crashed into him while skiing.
A jury has found in favour of the Oscar-winning actress over the 2016 incident.
Paltrow was awarded $1 in damages after 76-year-old Terry Sanderson was found to be "100%" at fault for the accident.
Jurors deliberated for two hours after hearing eight days of evidence.
In closing arguments, her lawyer Stephen Owens told the jury that the actress had to fight against the claim.
"Gwyneth who could have just paid it out paid the ransom.
"No, I'm not doing that. I'm not gonna have someone hurt me and then ask me for a lot of money. I'm not gonna do it."
