A firearm and ammunition have been discovered in a graveyard in Co Offaly.
Gardai recovered the sawn-off shotgun and a quantity of bullets during a search today in Tullamore.
The operation was carried out as part of an investigation into criminal activity in the area.
An examination of the scene is ongoing, but no arrests have been made.
