Grocery Inflation Is Still At 10.5%
Grocery inflation is still much higher than other levels of the economy.
Latest figures suggest it's at 10.5% between July and October.
CSO figures last week showed inflation across the economy was at 6.4% for the month of September.
However, supermarkets are still seeing it at a much higher rate, but is a decrease from last month's total from Kantar.
September's grocery inflation was at 11.5% - while this month it's at 10.5%.
Own label products make up nearly 48% of the market share, while branded items have their highest share since June 2022.
