A full hearing of the Green Party'Â’s challenge against RTE'Â’s criteria for its televised leadersÂ’ debate will take place on Thursday.
Their party leader Eamon Ryan wasnÂ’'t invited because the Greens didn'Â’t have at least three TDs in the outgoing Dáil.
Today, the High Court was told it was an “urgent matter” because the debate is scheduled for next Monday.
Mr Justice Noonan has set this Thursday aside for the hearing.
