The government has confirmed that all schools will fully reopen by the end of August.
At the moment, there are still no details on what the plan to re-open them will involve, or how social distancing will be addressed in classrooms.

Classrooms have been closed since March 12th, with Ministers set to discuss their reopening on Monday.
They will outline the measures and resources needed to ensure a safe return to the classroom.
Taoiseach Micheal Martin says this will involve "A very comprehensive set of measures that will enable schools to open fully - but also in a resilient and robust way".
Education Minister Norma Foley insists all learning will take place in the classroom:
"The objective is a full re-opening of the schools, yes indeed - all students on campus, all teachers on campus".
