Google's Top Irish Searches in Ireland for 2023 Revealed
Irish people's most frequent Google searches have been revealed.
In a big year for sport, the Rugby World Cup and Women's World Cup took the top two positions in that category.
"How to claim rent tax credit" was the most searched questions, with other searchers looking for "How to solve a Rubik's cube" and "How to use chopsticks".
The top 10 most searched recipes were Viking Toast, Marry Me Chicken, Adobo and Smash Burgers - many of which were driven by TikTok.
The Last of Us was the most searched TV programme, Welcome to Wrexham, the White Lotus and Kin were also on the list.
Ryan Tubridy was the fourth most searched person and Patrick Kielty was the seventh.
Meanwhile, after a year of losses, Sinead O'Connor, Shane MacGowan, Christy Dignam and Matthew Perry featured on the list.
Irish band The Script were the 5th most Googled music item, while Wild Youth placed 9th.
