Gardai have uncovered a cannabis grow house in County Offaly.
A 20-year-old man has been arrested after the discovery at a premises on Bridge Street in Birr.
Around 260 cannabis plants were found, with a potential street value, subject to analysis of 208,000 Euro.
The man is being held at Birr Garda Station.
Meanwhile, six men and a woman remain in Garda custody following drug seizures at six locations in Co Wexford.
The seven - aged from their mid-20's to early 60's - were detained under Operation Serpentine, which targets the cultivation, sale, and supply of drugs in the South East.
