The owner of a snake found in Dublin yesterday evening has been identified.
The reptile was handed into gardai after it was found in Ringsend by a member of the public in their kitchen.
The snake has since been handed over to the care of the DSPCA in Rathfarnham, after spending the night in Irishtown Garda Station.
UPDATE: This snake is no longer ser-pent up in Irishtown Garda Station as its owner has been boa-cated!
