Gardai investigating an armed robbery in North Dublin yesterday have recovered a large sum of cash.
The discovery was made during searches in the Coolock area.
No arrests have been made.
The raid took place yesterday when a man held up a security van delivering cash to an ATM in ClareHall.
An armed man threatened a security guard before leaving the scene with a cash box.
A car believed to have been used in the robbery was found a few minutes after the incident abandoned in nearby Darndale
Its believed there was around €40,000 in the cash box
