Gardai investigating the murder of a teenager in Co. Louth last year have discovered partial skeletal remains in Co. Louth.
Severed body parts of the murdered boy were dumped in separate locations on Dublin's northside in January 2020 -- a week after he disappeared.
The discovery of partial skelatal remains was made this afternoon at an outdoor area close to Rathmullen Park in Drogheda.
Searches had got underway yesterday.
The Garda Technical Bureau are at the scene as part of the ongoing operation.
The search area remains sealed off.
Gardaí expect the searches will continue for several more days.
