Gardai have launched an investigation into a homophobic slur that was spray-painted on a building in Dublin city.
The slur was painted onto a building close to Panti Bar overnight.
Panti Bliss tweeted an image of the vandalism earlier:
The graffiti I posted earlier was painted on our neighbor @Etsy's building.

An Garda Siochana has confirmed they have received a report of criminal damage and are investigating the incident.
The good news is that the graffiti was removed this afternoon by Dublin Town.
The walls have been freshly painted.
The owner of Panti Bar says the recent incident of homophobic graffiti is 'disappointing' particularly as June is Pride Month.
Rory O'Neill, aka Panti Bliss, says the incident shows why Pride is still such an important event to host each year.
