Gardaí are looking into the possibility the shooting dead of a mother of five in Dublin may have been accidental.
36 year-old Sandra Boyd was gunned down in Collins Place area of Finglas shortly before 9 o'clock on Saturday night.
A post mortem's been completed on her body but results aren't being released for operational reasons.
Local Councillor Mary Callaghan says the entire community is in shock.
"My heart really goes out to her family and small children who have basically lost their mother in this tragic event."
She says more community gardaí are needed to clamp down on gun crime in the area.
"We have seen an increase in lots of types of violence, including gun violence, and we really need to rid of our society of that."
