A GAA club in Uganda in Africa is appealing for donations of sports equipment.
The club in Wakiso, in the south of the country, is asking for people to donate second-hand helmets, hurls, gloves, boots or jerseys.
Meath-based Cúltec Hurls, has already donated 100 hurls to the club.
120 school kids are playing with the team, which was set up in 2019 after two local men came across videos of GAA matches on TikTok and YouTube.
Today we had a hurling training together with @meabhgilbert from Cork who also donated 5 GAA balls towards the development of the GAA in Uganda .@OfficialCorkGAA @CorkCamogie @RTEgaa @MartyM_RTE @GAAElevation @The42GAA @AllGaelicGames @IrishSocietyUG @IrlEmbUganda @TheGAAShowPod pic.twitter.com/AgiFCBhS2T
